Relax and enjoy a break in a beautiful stone built 1860s holiday cottage in the borders of Scotland. A perfect location to explore both Scotland and Northumberland.

Our holiday cottage is a luxury traditional stone built home just outside the beautiful village of Lanton. Centrally located, between Jedburgh and Hawick,  just 45 miles south of Edinburgh.

Borders Holiday Cottage has 3 bedrooms (Sleeping up to 6 people). Great for a large family group, or families holidaying together.

Amazing Stay!​

The Cottage was perfect for our stay. Great location and very well equipped with everything we needed.
The views are just something else, looking down over the Teviot and hills in the distance. Our kids loved
running around the garden and watching the animals in the nearby farm. We were really impressed
by the decor and choice of furnishing. This is a lovely place to stay and we will certainly be back.

Beautiful Cottage

Lovely cottage, very clean and perfectly located at the edge of the village. Very good communication with owner who made sure we were looked after!. Great walks nearby and an excellent location to explore the area. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Break

We can't get enough of Lanton and its amazing countryside. The area is perfect for walking, Hiking and a spot of geocaching. The cottage made our break really special and we really loved having the log fire on at night, the kitchen is well equipped and we all slept well. The dark skies are amazing on a clear night. Very tastefully decorated with some lovely features. There is plenty information on hand which helped us explore the area. Everything went smoothly . We hope to come back one day.
